Overview
The first EYES Train-the-Trainer (TTT) course brings together 24 youth workers (from Spain, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Ghana, Nigeria, Cameroon, and Gabon) to gain the technical, facilitation, and intercultural skills needed to lead and multiply high-quality virtual youth exchanges in their communities.
Across 4 Modules and multiple assignments, participants will learn to:

Confidently use the EYES Virtual Platform for course delivery and community interaction

Facilitate inclusive, engaging, and safe online sessions using digital tools and gamification

Navigate and mediate conflicts in multicultural online youth settings

Apply practical strategies for youth-led facilitation and co-creation
Assignments & Certification

Short interactive task or reflection at the end of each module

Final mini-capstone project delivered during Day 4

Certificate of Completion issued after full participation and task submission

- + Co-create and lead youth-led virtual projects that promote SDGs and civic engagement (Cultural Awareness & Expression – Youthpass; Leadership & Co-Creation – YOCOMO; Collaborative Project Management – ETS)

Requirements
- Stable internet connection (low-bandwidth options available)
- Device with camera and microphone (laptop recommended)
- Willingness to actively participate in live and self-paced activities
- Commitment to complete all assignments within course dates (21–31 August 2025)
- Openness to intercultural learning and peer feedback
- No prior experience in virtual facilitation required – beginner to intermediate digital literacy level is sufficient
